These terms govern your use of the Fundradar website. Fundradar is a free, open-source project. It has no user accounts and no paid features.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

4. Source code and third-party marks

The Fundradar source code is released under the MIT License. Third-party names, logos, and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the website or any feature at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fundradar is not liable for damages resulting from use of the website, service interruption, or reliance on website content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where mandatory law prohibits exclusion.

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Mandatory consumer protection rules remain unaffected.
